The Universal is a degree of Reality encompassing all that is beyond the subtle and gross manifestation ie both angelic manifestation and the Divine Reality.  One of the three orientations where energy is oriented toward relating with the universal or transpersonal.   Linguistics a grammatical rule or other linguistic feature that is found in all languages.  Logic a proposition that asserts something of all members of a class cosmopolitan: of worldwide scope or applicability; now language is the work of thought: and hence all that is expressed in language must be universal.

Wisdom is the second of the ten sefirot, and the first power of conscious intellect within Creation. Having experience, knowledge and understanding together with the power of applying all three with prudence, practicality, discretion and common sense; the heart and center of proper moral and intellectual judgment; an attribute that God imparts to His people.  The result of learning and using knowledge for a strategic advantage? After gaining knowledge, wisdom is used to meet new situations.

Wisdom resides in the minds of the users.  However true wisdom cannot be measured in terms of popular consensus.  Wisdom as a soul faculty, Wisdom is the capacity of judging rightly in matters relating to life and conduct, sound judgment in the choice of means and ends, sound sense, especially in practical affairs, knowledge, especially of a high or abstruse kind, enlightenment, learning, erudition.  Is special illumination that enables one in a specific instance to grasp divine insight regarding a fact, situation, or context? This gift is useful in directing the Body in what to do next; in making God's will known.
