Our After spending 2 years at Eastern Illinois University in a pre-med studies program, Dr. Kersey's interests moved to the field of psychology. It was then that he decided to go to the University of Illinois to complete his undergraduate studies and graduate with a B.S. in Psychology. The following year Dr. Kersey entered the National College of Chiropractic, and, through an accelerated program finished in just under 4 years with an acupuncture certification, a B.S. in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. Within the next year he started post-graduate work in many fields of natural and holistic healing, including seminars in Canada, the U.S., Austria, and Germany.

His dedication and drive to always give his patients the most advanced, complete care available anywhere led to such modalities and healing systems such as Neuro-Emotional Technique, various types of magnetic and electromagnetic healing devices, E. D. S., VEGA Test, RM-10S and MORA, Rife technologies, N.L.P., Multidimensional work, Spirit Release Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, a highly advanced type of whole body spinal re-integration technique known as Integrator Method, Ayervedic and Eastern healing concepts, Harmonic Translation and other Energy Spectrum Analysis devices such as the SE-5 subtle energy diagnostics, as well as many energy-based healing systems such as color healing, Color Harmonics, healing with tone, Intense Pulsed Light Lymphatic Drainage, and the ancient art of Kofutu, a system similar to Reiki. On occasion, Dr. Kersey works with a highly specialized healing consortium that's made up of medical intuitives and spiritual-based psychotherapists that can give guidance in "soul therapy" …in other words, the literal root cause of why a person is the way they are and why they may have chosen their unique form of dis-ease manifestation. He also is president of the International Institute of Applied Color Sciences.

It's been said that Dr. Kersey's unique, eclectic-style of practice brings something very special to the patients who he sees. His 26 years of running a full-time, complimentary medicine clinic is truly something to experience and is most assuredly unmatched.

Dr. Kersey's practice is at present now moving from a one-on-one practice into spiritual healing that involves seminars and trainings with groups. He still maintains a small practice for current patients and does act as a consultant occasionally for chronically ill patients that have run out of hope and options for their serious health issues. His private practice is, in fact called Further Options, Inc.

He also is working on a book called "How To Be Your Own Doctor And End Up With A Healthy Patient", as well as a book on Financial abundance (Transpersonal Finance) and a book on 4 Level Healing (Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual) through the scientific use of forgiveness.
